一、產(chǎn)品簡(jiǎn)介

SF260-I鉆井液用硅氟高溫降粘劑是我公司科研所自行研制開(kāi)發(fā)的高科技新產(chǎn)品。該產(chǎn)品的核心成分是有機(jī)硅、有機(jī)氟通過(guò)特定的化學(xué)反應(yīng)過(guò)程形成的共聚物，因而賦予了產(chǎn)品優(yōu)異的抗高溫降粘性能。

該產(chǎn)品在鉆井泥漿中有較強(qiáng)的稀釋降粘能力，突出的特點(diǎn)是抗高溫能力強(qiáng)，抗鹽、抗鈣，對(duì)鉆井液體系有分散、潤(rùn)滑、消泡等作用，高溫降粘效果遠(yuǎn)優(yōu)于鐵鉻鹽，并能有效地抑制頁(yè)巖水化，改善鉆井液的造壁功能。在泥漿密度1.5克/立方厘米時(shí)仍有良好的穩(wěn)定性，泥漿維護(hù)處理期可長(zhǎng)達(dá)7天以上；且凝膠強(qiáng)度低，降低了切力，大大提高了鉆井效率。本品是一種沒(méi)毒、無(wú)污染的綠色環(huán)保型新產(chǎn)品，經(jīng)國(guó)內(nèi)各大油田、各種地質(zhì)結(jié)構(gòu)的深井使用后，獲得專(zhuān)家一致好評(píng)，已成為鉆井工程的選擇產(chǎn)品。推薦加量1~2%。

本產(chǎn)品包裝于鐵桶內(nèi)，每桶凈重200（±1%）kg，也可根據(jù)客戶(hù)要求確定包裝（特殊要求雙方議定）。

本品不燃、不爆、沒(méi)毒、無(wú)害，按非危險(xiǎn)品運(yùn)輸管理。

產(chǎn)品在儲(chǔ)存過(guò)程中應(yīng)注意防泄漏、防凍。

本品避免與眼睛接觸，否則用大量清水清洗。

本品保質(zhì)期兩年。

Sf260-i high temperature silicon fluorine viscosity reducer for drilling fluid is a new high-tech product developed by our scientific research institute. It is the first in China. After the evaluation of experts and scholars, its technology has reached the domestic leading and international advanced level, and has won the invention patent granted by the State Intellectual Property Office. The core components of the product are the copolymers of organosilicon and organofluorine formed through specific chemical reaction process, which endows the product with excellent high temperature resistance and viscosity reduction performance.

The product has strong dilution and viscosity reduction ability in drilling mud. Its outstanding characteristics are high temperature resistance, salt resistance and calcium resistance. It can disperse, lubricate and defoamer the drilling fluid system. The viscosity reduction effect at high temperature is far better than that of iron chromium salt. It can effectively inhibit shale hydration and improve the wall building function of drilling fluid. When the mud density is 1.5g/cm3, it still has good stability, and the mud maintenance period can be more than 7 days; Moreover, the gel strength is low, the cutting force is reduced, and the drilling efficiency is greatly improved. This product is a non-toxic, pollution-free green environmental protection new product. After being used in domestic major oilfields and deep wells with various geological structures, it has been highly praised by experts and has become the preferred product for drilling engineering. The recommended dosage is 1 ~ 2%.

Packaging, Transportation and Storage

The product is packed in iron drums with a net weight of 200 (± 1%) kg. The packaging can also be determined according to the customer's requirements (special requirements agreed by both parties).

This product is non combustible, non explosive, non-toxic and harmless, and is managed as non dangerous goods transportation.

In the process of storage, the product should pay attention to anti leakage and anti freezing.

Avoid contact with eyes, or wash with plenty of water.

The shelf life of this product is two years.
